Shipping Details and Restrictions

All products that qualify towards free freight with a minimum subtotal purchase of $175.00, will have a "Free Shipping" icon by the product. All products that do not show this icon are not eligible towards this free freight minimum. A note on all products ineligble for free shipping will be provided in the profile description of each product. If this note is not present, and the "Free Shipping" icon is not present, please assume that the good does not fall under, nor count towards, free freight. Orders over CAN $175 placed through Blooms Grow Tech qualify for FREE Shipping, excluding over sized items. Free shipping is based on your pre-tax order subtotal, any discounts or promotions that bring your subtotal before taxes below $175 will no longer qualify for free shipping. If you are just under the free shipping threshold, please consider increasing your cart value by choosing from our Accessories and/or any other product that will help meet this minimum. All products shipped from Edmonton, Alberta and shipping times range from 2 business days to 5 business days (Pending on your location). Blooms Grow Tech. free shipping may use one of the following carriers: Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, ICS, Canpar, and Purolator. Customers do not get to specify their preferred carrier, we select the carrier based on speed and cost of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel & refund any package where we cannot economically ship an item. This may be due to a site error. If this happens you will be refunded in full and notified of the issue. If a negotiated and brokered shipping cost is approved by the purchaser, BGT may be able to send the item in question. We can ship to most parts of Canada with the exception of very rural areas. Most shipping carriers do not ship to PO boxes. If you enter a PO box for your shipping address and select the free shipping option, Blooms Grow Tech may have to contact you to provide an alternative delivery address. This is due to Canada Post only using PO boxes. Extra fees and taxes apply to all Canada Post packages if this is the route the purchaser would like to take. Items that qualify for free shipping over $175 will be tagged with a "Free Shipping" icon. All products with this tag may count towards the free freight subtotal minimum of $175.00. Important Note: Orders with liquids are shipped with a signature required from mid-December to Early March. This is to prevent shipments from sitting outside in freezing temperatures, which can damage or destroy some products and/or packaging. If you do not want a signature required we can ship at the customer's risk, please let us know via email to info@bloomsgrowtech.com.
